A couple of important events coming up this week. 

ValleyView Park for Indigenous Peoples' Day

An important event this coming week.  On Friday, June 19, our whole school will be at ValleyView Park for Indigenous Peoples' Day.  This day is meant to celebrate the important contributions of indigenous people to Canadian society.  It will be a day of land based learning and honoring the original caretakes of Treaty 7 territory.

Grade 6 Outdoor School - FORMS NEEDED

A reminder to grade 6 parents to please send in your permission forms for Grade 6 outdoor school.  Our grade 6s will have an incredible opportunity to spend an overnight at Project Campfire at Sibbald Lake in Kananaskis Country. We are hoping all of our Gr6 students will attend.  This important event is taking place Monday June 22 until Tuesday June 23.
