Greetings West Dover Families

A busy week coming up. Monday to Wednesday our grade 3 and 4 students will be participating in cross country ski instruction in the school year led by Foothills Nordic Ski Club. Our Kindergarten to grade 2 students will be participating in snowshoe instruction from Monday to Wednesday. Our grade 5 students will be at Telus Spark Science Center as part of Campus Calgary Open Minds for the whole week. On Thursday, grades K-4 will be travelling to the Jack Singer Concert Hall for a performance by the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.

We would like to welcome a new teacher on staff - Shannon Dzidouzkis will be a reading and math intervention teacher doing small group work aimed at helping students become more successful as readers and mathematicians.
