Greetings West Dover Families

A few events upcoming this week.  Our grade 6 students are participating in the Provincial Achievement tests this coming week on Friday in Mathematics.  On Wednesday, June 11, you are invited to attend the final School Council meeting of the year.  On the agenda are an update on math assessment results and also a summary of our field trips over the school year.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  530pm in the Learning Commons.

On Thursday, June 12, we are pleased to be hosting our Year End Carnival.  The Rotary Club of Calgary Downtown are hosting a BBQ for families starting at about 5pm prior to the Carnival.  Carnival follows until 7pm.  All families are welcome.  This is meant to be a community building event at our school.  A chance for some family fun.  It is being organized by our Parent Association along with teachers.
