Greetings West Dover Families

Coming up this week there are a couple of important events at school.

Wednesday Sept 17 is picture day. Lifetouch photography will be in the building taking individual photos.

Thursday Sept 18 5:00-6:00 pm - Meet the Teacher night - this event will start in the gym where families will be introduced to all of the teaching staff.  From 5:15-6:00 pm, families are encouraged to visit their children's classroom where teachers will be present to share some information about the learning program.

Success is important in learning.  We know that when parents and teachers work together, student learning advances. 

We hope you can make it to the school on Thursday evening this week.

Some information shared by the City of Calgary with the school.  There will be ongoing construction of new sidewalks and crosswalks at the intersection of 30 Ave and 28 St SE for the next couple of weeks.
